Capítulo 30: Bandits Attack! (Revised Chapter)

Gresvin had already met Marcus and had their little sparring match. It was only then, when both men made their way towards Gresvin's cabin, that he spoke, "You know, from tomorrow going forward, we will have another man who could join us in our sparring matches." 

Marcus halted his steps and looked at him as if asking, 'Who? ' Haha! Arlo will be joining us!" Gresvin burst out with laughter, seeing Marucs's confused expression. Marcus raised a brow as he thought back to the rather grumpy middle-aged man he had welcomed to the village earlier in the day.

"Does that mean…?" he asked, realizing. "Yes," Gresvin nodded. "His skill is even just below mine," he casually said with a soft smile.

"Ah!' Marcus let out a soft gasp, 'Only beneath my Lords?' his eyes flashed with determination as he quickly thought of a possibility. 'Arlo must be stronger than me if the Lord speaks of him so highly.'
