Capítulo 37: Task Completed [2]

The sun was about to set in the west. Probably, 2-3 hours remaining till evening. I was moving towards my home. 

Whatever I am about to explain is what you might call the epilogue of a story—a tale of my first adventure in a fantasy world.

The trial took a dramatic turn after the revelation that Ms. Isabella's consciousness was, in fact, missing. The room had been tense, but the proceedings thereafter were surprisingly smooth.

Of course, there were unexpected twists. Drake and his comrades, against my objections, turned themselves in. Their loyalty and honesty were commendable, though their case would undergo thorough investigation in the days to come.
