Capítulo 42: A man and A Past

Maisie cleaned the tombstones of her parents and dropped two bouquets of flowers in front of them. 

After that, she sat down, discussing with her mom as if she were listening.

"Mom, it's all my fault, right? It's my fault that you are no longer here with me. If I had listened to you, all of this wouldn't have happened to us.

With tears trickling down her cheeks, Maisie asked repeatedly.

"It must have hurt a lot, right, mom? It hurt getting killed by the person you considered a loved one, and I brought this upon you two. I'm so sorry that I didn't listen to you; I'm sorry for doing things my own way."

A glimmer of regret appeared in Maisie's eyes as she continued to cry. 

"Dad, it must be so cold down there, right? You never liked your place cold. I'm sorry, Dad, I let you down."
