Capítulo 39: A Genius Among Geniuses

Three swamp lizards burst out of the bushes in an instant, charging towards the two people inside the cave.

Seeing the monsters rushing over, Jill hid directly behind John, terrified: "Hey, I'm just your streaming assistant, okay? I'm not responsible for fighting, you... you have to protect me!"

Jill's voice was trembling. Although she was also an Awakener, she had no combat experience whatsoever.

Her plan had been to start streaming to earn some money first. Once the levels of other guild members increased, she planned to hire a few teams with money to help her level up.

If it weren't for John, she would never have entered the otherworld portal today.

"Of course you don't need to fight." John smiled lightly, a poisoned dagger suddenly appearing in his hand, and charged directly at the swamp lizards.

The leading swamp lizard roared deeply. Seeing John charging towards it, its tail swung, whipping like a steel whip towards John's abdomen.
