"Yes, do so right now," Seung said in a calm yet calculating tone. There was something unclear and ominous about him. Dark? Inhumane? Or just... strange? The soldiers had no words to describe him back then.
They knew that, despite his youth, he was far more important and experienced than he appeared. The W.H.A President wouldn't have personally placed this individual—if the rumors were true—in such a highly restricted and confidential section of the headquarters if he were just another random civilian or Hunter. And given the type of warning he had issued, they needed to report it immediately.
