Capítulo 11: First Appearance of Captain Rogers and Another Captain?

It has been an entire three weeks since I got visited by a one-eyed super spy master, and the popular Black Widow.
Well, she is popular among the boys in my past life.
I understand why it might take that long. Fury has to do some checking on his own and I'm sure that his findings will shock him to his core.
S.H.I.E.L.D has been infiltrated and it wasn't even recently.
Who is to blame?
Well, depending on how you look at it, you could say Arnim Zola is the culprit but I would argue that the USA is the actual culprit.
Have you heard of Operation Paperback?
Yeah, when Shield was in its early stages of formation, and Hydra had fallen with the Red Skull taking an impromptu vacation to another planet where he is supposedly guarding the Soul Stone the U.S Army initiated Project Paperback.
Where they recruited all Hydra's previous scientists including Arnim Zola to help put bright minds together and strengthen the defense of the U.S.A.
Long story short, Arnim Zola used this means to revitalise Hydra and spread its reach deep into the organisation.
How deep, you say?
Well, certain members of the world security council are Hydra's people. One of such is the predecessor of Nick Fury, Alexander Pierce.
What this means is that Hydra has access to all of SHIELD's secrets while S.H.I.E.L.D knows next to nothing and the serpent with many heads.
Interesting don't you think.
Well, I don't care about this anyway because I have finally found the man I'm looking for!
Captain America, the first avenger.
Looking at the pod in front of me and the sleeping figure of a man whose physique was at the peak of human physiology, I smiled.
Just like the MCU, I found Captain Rogers hibernating in the arctic together with the ruins of the Valkyrie Ship.
With one of my recently designed suits which I called the man carrier suit I brought him back to my new secret base.
After my identity had been compromised, heh compromised indeed.
I decided to change my base. On the surface my apartment is still the same but I come to this underground base of mine to work.
All my research and design have been moved here instead. Moreover after getting Steve Rogers I had to keep him sleeping.
With my continued research on the Super Soldier Serum, making a 'sleeping drug' for the super soldier was a piece of cake.
I have already collected his blood samples and taken a look at the before and after of his DNA in order to crack every detail of how the experiment affected his cells.
In my hands I held the papers that contain the results of my findings.
"Human Evolution, is possible. I know now what I must do."
Yes, that's right.
The conclusion I arrived at was fascinating to say the least. Rather than perfecting the supersoldier serum, I have found a better alternative.
I call it.
"The Super Evolution Serum."
I haven't created it yet as everything is still just theory in my head but I was 99.9% sure of success. This is because the key ingredient to the creation of this serum of mine is none other than my new element.
Starktonium.
When Captain America was injected with the SSS they used vita rays in the experiment which was an important factor.
In my case I have found out that Starktonium can do more than be a power source. This has caused me to want to experiment more with the possibilities of this new element.
But now that I think about it, an element that was discovered from studying an infinity stone can be anything but ordinary.
I cannot estimate how long it will take me to fully develop the Super Evolution Serum, but I am sure that I will be worth it.
Since I have been reawakening in this world it has been three months already and with my new spy network I have been able to monitor a lot of things.
I know that some things are beginning to take shape and very soon, super powered individuals will run amok.
Anyway asides from developing the Super Evolution Serum, I have almost completed the creation of my new Nanotechnology.
Once that is completed I can be said to have taken my solid 'first step' to self preservative power.
An Armor that will be even better than my Mark 85 Armor.
"M.A.R.V.E.L open up a new file with the title Super Evolution Serum."
"Right away, Master." A feminine voice replied.
M.A.R.V.E.L was Tony's new AI Assistant. With the worlds most advanced Super Computing Technology she had a lot of capabilities.
The way Tony wanted it, J.A.R.V.I.S was to Tony Stark and M.A.R.V.E.L was to his alter ego, Ultron.
"Now let's get to work," I moved to my working table.
At this time, my watch beeped.
"Oh, I guess the man is ready to talk huh?"
I picked up call, but said nothing.
"Mr. Tony Stark, I agree to your proposal."
A smile formed on my face and he replied, "That's what I am talking about."
"Where can we meet?" Fury's voice asked.
"Let's meet three days from now, I will send you the specific time and location. I will have a surprise for you, oh and bring the Captain along with you.
Fury was confused but nonetheless agreed, "Alright."
*Beep.*
The call ended and I grinned. Turning back at Steve sleeping peacefully in the pod I said.
"It's time to wake up from your slumber Captain Rogers. You haven't forgotten about your date have you?"
