Indonesia's 1st S-Rank from Yogyakarta is a very passive hunter. He rarely even raid dungeons with his Guild and only focuses on developing his Guild and other of his businesses to get bigger with his fame. He is more of a businessman than a Hunter even with such great power.
As for the 5th S-Rank Hunter, he has just awakened, so he doesn't have any raid experience. He is not even used to his abilities yet. Joining the S-Rank Gate is the same as suicide, so he isn't even allowed to join.
The flight to the USA is quite long. But Indra and Dewi don't feel uncomfortable because they get the 1st class seats. This is the power of money and authority.
