Capítulo 358: Only twenty six days

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"Hey, hey, Valencia, my love, no one is taking your baby away from you. Calm down," Maverick said as he looked at Valencia, who was crying in her sleep, screaming for help, and asking someone not to take her baby away. 

He looked at the angels, who appeared in the room just in time. They placed their hands on the baby inside her womb to ensure its safety.

"Keep trying to wake her up. It's important for her to become conscious if we want to protect the baby," Alisha explained, and Maverick nodded as he struggled to wake Valencia.

He was tempted to take the water from the jug and splash it on her face, but he didn't know if that would interfere with the magic the angels were performing to protect their baby. 

"Keep shaking her," Kelly said. Maverick nodded and pulled her close to his heart so she could hear his heartbeat and open her eyes. 

"It's happening. Keep trying," Kelly said encouragingly, and Maverick nodded.
