Capítulo 352: Is it time?

THIRD PERSON'S POV 

Maverick sat inside Valencia's room, her soft expression as she looked peaceful in her sleep, making him sigh. 

When they had brought Valencia inside the royal palace around three hours ago, she had magically turned into her human form, making it easier for him to carry her from the truck to the room she was currently in.

The doctor came and checked up on her wounds before asking him to take care of her even more in this condition.

Maverick knew that she was wounded and needed extra care, but something about the doctor's words left him suspicious.

He was speaking as if something was wrong with his mate. 

Could it be that due to overexertion, her life and health were in danger? Even the thought was enough for him to go haywire. 

He sat beside her, holding her hand between his hands, hoping for her to wake up soon as his anxious heart and wolf weren't taking her unconscious state nicely.
