Emrys felt a wave of overwhelming emotions crash over him. Fear gripped his heart tightly as he thought about losing control of his own body. The idea of being sealed away, unable to live his own life, filled him with a deep sense of dread.

Although nothing of that sort happened yet, he felt helpless for a moment, like a prisoner in his own body.
