I would like to clarify that story will remain free to read forever. Also the schedule is not fixed but i will try to push at least 2 chaps/week.

Now atmosphere is again awkward. Well at least me and Logan are chill. Everyone else is looking at each other. Not knowing how to move forward.
Charles has made a telepathic group chat with everyone in room except Dev.
"Uh.... What we should we do now? who wants to be one speak first." Hank asked.
"We should say something to him about hitting Scott like that. Even though Scott was wrong, he didn't have to beat him like that. Its more like hit on Scott ego than on body." Ororo thought that Dev was too harsh in slapping instead of punches. It will hurt more on ego than face.
"Exactly and it was right. The sooner that brat gets it through his thick skull, the better it is. He needs his ego to be reformed, and hits on Ego works the best." Wolverine defended Dev action.
In his opinion, it was appropriate action if considering Scott's excessiveness.
"It may lead to more harm than good, Logan. What if Scott actions get more erratic in order to regain his Ego. We all know how he is feeling inside right now. We should have use words first and try to resort it without any physical force. " Charles tried to take Scott side. He knows Scott is excessive but still believing that the words will reach deeper than pain.
"Yeah and Scott was the first one to use force irresponsibly. That attack was directly leading to Rogue's head. That was sure kill attack. It was not accidental. He made that attack in full consciousness and if his consciousness is blinded by his raging hormones then he needs to be removed from the team and put through treatment to make sure he is worthy of being in the team."
Even Jean, Rogue and Kitty were silent at this moment. Jean being the one for who Scott did it for. Rogue and Kitty almost being the consequences of his actions. Whatever side they all take, they know Scott needs to be fixed first.
"I know it all got awkward again and you guys are having your telepathic group chat. So I'll just say that i don't regret my action. I just barely touched him from my point of view. It may be excessive from your guys point of view but to treat someone like Scott, you have to break them their ego and pride to make them realize their mistakes. If it wasn't me but someone else, there would be at least 2 deaths right now." I think its better to be just out with it than to drag this weird atmosphere.
Its not like i hate weird atmosphere. Its just that if it doesn't amuse me or was not created by me in first place, then its just waste of time.
Putting the bottle down on the table and picking up the second bracelet, i went towards Rogue. "Here, wear this. This bracelet would allow you to touch others. I have made it in such a way that it will suppress your mutant powers, but if you try to use your mutant powers and even put little bit of stress, the bracelet will break apart."
"This is to ensure that this bracelet doesn't act as cuffs to restrain you. You can easily break out of it if you desire and it will be quite useless for anyone who wants to use it on you to arrest or restraining."
Hearing this, everyone was surprised. This bracelet could definitely act as mutant suppressing device that Emma has. It would be a complete working device than the Emma's prototype. The limitation of bracelet breaking up quite easily when put into little stress when mutant consciously uses his or her ability makes it useless against mutants to hurt them.
"Mr.Dev, if possible we would like to procure these bracelets as we have many students who are suffering from their mutant powers. It is something that these students needs so they can have chance at happy life. I am ready to negotiate the pri-" Charles was right to think about it to use it for other students. There would be many who are suffering from their mutant powers. But he is wrong about negotiation.
"There will be no negotiation, Charles." I simply cut him off.
Charles and others looked at each other, trying to think of ways to convince me to give them this bracelet.
"If there is problem regarding resource then we would be more than happy to find it for you. If you please give the cha-" Charles try to re negotiate again but got cut off again.
"No need for negotiation, Charles"
Now everyone except Rogue was giving me look like i am some greedy guy who won't help them even when i have the ability too. My perception/empathy simply picked that up too as if the eyes weren't already obvious enough.
"Hey!! Why are you all looking at me like i am some greedy cold bastard!! By no negotiation means i will give it your school, how many you want for free and literally wont take any money or resources." Man i felt so wronged here.
Now they all are making realization face.
"*sniff* First, they sexually harass and assault me and when i try to even help them regardless , they all think so badly of me instead of thanking me. Giving me, someone with gentle milk white soul, a angry and threating look. I will definitely sue this school Charles". I said with realest of sad tone in my voice.
Now they all have wry smile on their face. They obviously know i am trying to lift up the mood in my way. Weird way in their eyes though.
"I didn't sexually harass or assaulted you. Stop making false accusation!!" Ororo would not stand being falsely accused.
"I never said you specifically, i said 'they'. Now you are slipping up and trying to cover up your crimes. That's definitely what a sexually frustrated predator would say when they are caught red handed."
"pfft!!!" Kitty has her hand over mouth, trying to contain her laughter. A glare from Ororo made her hide behind Jean, who both are trying to contain their laugh.
Logan and Hank just turned their face away from Ororo, trying to not get caught by her while they are doing their best to contain the laugh.
Even Charles has hand over his mouth and his head hang low, showing his bald head to Ororo.
And there's Red Chocolate face of Ororo, feeling completely embarrassed.
Only Rogue was the one holding my hand and bracelet, focused on her own situation.
I simply turned my focus on Rogue, not before giving Ororo a mocking smirk.
"Lets help you first before i get hot chocolate melted all over me forcefully. As i was saying rogue, this bracelet will allow you to touch others. How about you try it now"
"What if it doesn't work. My powers are already strong. If i try to touch others and accidentally put them into coma." Sigh... Looks like she is still thinking about her ex.
She even completely ignored that her touch doesn't even put others in coma directly. She has already used her powers before during fighting, stealing her mothers powers without even putting her into coma. I am sure that even during training she would have touched other to get their powers without hurting them.
"The bracelet will record your inactive or stable power level when you put them on. Only if you try to use your power go beyond that inactive or stable power level then it will break apart."
She seems still little unsure.
"How about you try this now. Wear it and touch others face. I will be holding your wrist so even if something happens, which has no chance, i will stop it and you wont be hurting anyone. Okay? "
She nodded weakly and put the bracelet on her wrist. I grabbed her wrist and forearm to guide to others.
"How about we try logan first, he is tough bastard to kill so you don't have to worry about him."
She nodded and we went near logan. I guided her hand and guided gently to Logan's face.
Her hands felt the rough beard, each hair and how she didn't get any powers or memories from him yet. Tears began to leave her eyes again. Logan just smiled at the kid.
"So Rough"
She muttered in soft voice.
"You should have seen his ass hair. He literally pours out filtered coffee when he has diarrhea."
"*Grrr!!* You got a problem with me, bub?!" Logan asked while Ororo has smirking smile on her face as someone else is getting made fun off. Especially since Logan was the one who seemed to having most fun out of her misery.
"What? You thought i wont make fun of you? I make fun of everyone. Any way lets continue to next person."
Next is chocolate mommy.
We went near her and i guided Rogue's hand towards Ororo face.
"Careful, don't get your hand burned. The Chocolate is hot right now." Ororo give me a side glare before focusing on Rogue's approaching hand.
Rogue touched Ororo face and felt her soft and smooth chocolatey cheeks.
"So soft"
Ororo held her hand with her own hand. Letting Rogue feel it too.
Now next is Charles.
we went near him and i guided her hand close to his face, but changed direction and made her touch his bald head.
Rogue gave it a little rub to his shiny head.
"So smooth"
Everyone again tried to hide their laugh while Charles had wry smile on his face.
"I am happy that you are able to touch skin again, Rogue." He did not show any displeasure on his face, just a goody smile.
Next was Hank, which we both ignored and just went past him.
"What about me?? I also got my nice skin back!!" He asked while pointing at himself.
"First wear your pants properly, Hank." Ororo replied while pointing at his pant on his hand. loose and ready to fall anytime.
Next was Kitty and Jean. And Kitty just snatched both of Rogue's hands and brought her into 3 person hug with Jean.
I just went back and sat down. Let them having their union.
They all calmed down after 10 minutes. Now Jean focus is again back on me as she wanted to ask some question.
"Hi. Actually I wanted to ask a question, you know before we got interrupted by Scott. Is it okay if i ask you about it."
Jean tried to forget about Scott for a moment and tried to focus about her burning desire and curiosity.
But i guess its best to talk about it to others before her so it doesn't create more misunderstanding and get all of us fucked up. Well not me but Earth.
"Hmm.... How about later. I got some important thing to talk about to teachers here."
This got everybody attention to me.
"Is it something serious that you want to talk about Mr.Dev." Charles asked. Bro have no idea about the shit show he was about to get himself into.
"Yes. I believe it's something that only adults should discuss. The kids can go outside." I told so Jean can leave as well.
"Hey!! We are adults too. We can also hear it." Kitty protested as she tried to act like adult, puffing her chest and stand up on her toes.
"Its something really serious. Rogue is able touch again so why don't you all girls go outside let Rogue touch anywhere she want " A hint of serious with Little joke.
"Hmm... I dont mind Rogue touching us all over our body but she has to also allow us to touch her all over~. I know tons of positions for all of us to enjoy~" Kitty replied while her eyes running all overs Rogue's curves. And also moving on Jean's body too.

Jean and Rogue are totally having blush on their face. They didn't expect to come at them this strong
Everyone was looking at Rogue in mild shock. Didn't expect her to be so open.
"Yeah sure 👍. Go ahead and do Eiffel tower outside." I gave them my blessing. Too bad i have some important stuff to do now.
For those who don't what is Eiffel tower position is. Its basically a person lying down, and has another person sitting on face and other face inside the crotch. And the another person and other person join on top kissing each others.
Basically face sitting and missionary/scissoring on same person at same time while kissing each other on the top.

"Young lady!!! Where did you learned all this stuff!!" Ororo asked. She didn't expected her stundents to be so naughty and open.
Kitty just grabbed Rogue and Jeans hands and rushed out of the office. Closing the door behind.
I turned my attention back at them.
"So anyway, we can now talk about the important and serious stuff."
They all turned their attention back to me. Focusing on main topic.
"Has there been instances of Jean having headaches frequently or any type of mental problems."
There were shocked that i know about this too.
"Yes. She has them quite frequently for for a long time now. She already had many session with Charles. Is it something serious. Do you know anything about it." Ororo asked in worry. She truly cares for all her students.
I just leaned back and looked at Charles with serious eyes.
"Well, are you gonna tell them yourself about all the mind fuckery you did to Jean or they should hear it from my mouth, Charles" Charles has his eyes widened and flinched. Which everyone noticed that he is hiding something .
