Capítulo 90: Doors Are Annoying

Wally panicked, as did everyone else who heard him. They thought Tyler was a stranger to Peridot City and, therefore, unaware of its lurking dangers. However, the citizens knew how ruthless the Brambles Gang was as their men terrorized them daily. The gang neither forgot nor forgave. They retaliated almost immediately.

The Brambles Gang paid back every slight, offense, and attack a thousandfold. All those who supported Greg Dalmatian’s downfall or did nothing to prevent it were likely to be tortured and killed mercilessly.

However, Tyler looked completely unperturbed by the news of their arrival. “Is the door locked?” he asked casually.

Wally was confused by the irrelevant question. “Sir, I don’t understand…”

“I asked whether the security door that admits people into the Secret Lair is locked.”
