The terminal was about a half-hour drive from the Haiqing Group headquarters, occupying a large area next to the Chunjiang River, filled with containers. Through the gaps between the containers, one could see many cargo ships moored at the riverbank.

Unfortunately, a high fence was constructed around the terminal. Entry was only possible through a single gate, and a pass was required, which Qin Hai didn't have, so he couldn't enter.

Qin Hai didn't bother to contact someone for a pass, instead driving his car along the iron fence to a secluded spot. He parked the car, quickly climbed over the fence, and sneaked in.
