It took about thirty minutes of silence for me to process the situation. Out of nowhere, my pack was killed and I was brought here, only to be told that the man who raised me and whom I looked up to was not my father. It was certainly a lot to process. I finally had the family I've longed for. I had thought that I was left completely alone, but I guess not. Even if I wanted to be alone, I was sure that they wouldn't let me. They finally had their daughter/sister back after so long; and I finally had my family that I didn't even know I had back.
"So what now?" I ask after composing myself back up.
"Can I hug you?" The question hit me quite hard. If he had asked this last night, I would've thought it was creepy.
