As we stood before the massive crystal, it began to hum, and a low, resonant voice echoed in the stillness, speaking directly into our minds.

"I am Valdez," it declared, the sound vibrating through the air. "The sister mountain of Aragat. Together, we were tasked with sealing the Devourer, a creature of ancient darkness, born in Sith."

A murmur of disbelief rippled through our group. My breath caught in my throat as I processed the weight of the revelation. Was the devourer from Sith? My homeland?

Silas was the first to speak, his voice cutting through the heavy silence. "Did you say... Sith?"

"Yes," the crystal responded, its voice calm but filled with ancient wisdom. "The Devourer hails from Sith. Long ago, he conspired with a witch to merge their powers. Together, they consumed mountains, devouring every living creature in their path. Their goal was to gain control of the realm through the devastation they wrought."
