"Yes, I have time. Where are you?" I responded.
"The same place as before. I'll send you the location shortly."
"Alright," I agreed and hung up. Soon after, Martin Hansen sent me the location.
I checked the directions and headed straight to the meeting spot.
When I arrived, Martin Hansen was already waiting.
"Mr. Hansen!" I walked in briskly. He didn't stand on ceremony and poured me a cup of tea straight away.
"Grace, I have something I'd like to ask of you," he said directly.
Honestly, my impression of this man was improving. He was straightforward, not pretentious, and didn't beat around the bush.
"Go ahead," I replied equally openly.
Seeing my straightforwardness, he turned and pulled a document from his briefcase, handing it to me. "Take a look at this first."
I gave him a puzzled look but took the document. It was a contract—specifically, a project contract—but it wasn't under the name of Eternal Properties.
