I found myself standing in a street, the buildings around me were destroyed and the sky was dark.
So this is the Singularity F, huh?
There's destruction everywhere and for some reason, an eerie aura lurks in the air.
"Where's Mash?" I couldn't help but wonder, Fou was at my feet here but Mash was nowhere to be found.
I looked into the sky and saw a red arrow heading for me, power seeping out of It's very figure as it descended from the sky- aiming to take my life.
Well, Mr. Archer… If you have been in a dungeon before, You would know that moves like these don't work against me.
I raised my hand into the air and a magic circle formed, it's ethereal red glow unmistakable.
"Master, Get down!" I suddenly heard Mash's voice as she appeared before me, a big shield in hand.

This is new, I've never actually received a mission from the system before, but this mission is going to be easy.
It's about surviving the first order which doesn't seem to be too much of a hassle considering my current strength.
The arrow flashed and disappeared into the clouds, only for multiple lights to appear signifying more than one arrow descending rapidly.
Mash's shield readily defended against the onslaught of attacks, shockwaves spreading through the air and ground. The attacks ended and Mash drew her shield back, a soft smile on her face.
"Senpai, are you okay?" Mash asked and I noticed how… you know, how tight her suit is.
"Y- yes," I replied with a stutter, "What about you, Mash?"
"I'm fine as long as you are, Senpai," Mash said.
The top of the tower where the earlier attack came from exploded and at once, I knew that the Sage had something to do with it. His aura was all over the place.
"Looks like he retreated," Mash said and stood up.
"Mash, That outfit looks nice on you," I said.
"Master, your commands. We'll get through this situation together, Senpai," Mash said and I nodded.
"Next time, let me take some of them Okay?" I asked causing Mash to look at me in surprise.

The city was in flames, pieces of debris falling toward the ground around us as I sighed slightly, Skeletons with weapons and strange looking outfits were heading for us.
Mash held her shield tightly but I extended my hand forward.
"They're 34 of them, Let me deal with it," I said with a smile and the same magic circle of earlier appeared, "After all, As my Servant, Your safety is also my priority,"
Then I frowned and my blue eyes flashed.
"Now burn to cinders, Fireball!"
A fireball filled to the brim with Mana shot out of the magic circle, the temperature of the area went up as the Fireball soared through the air, crashing upon the body of the first skeleton.
The ball of fire exploded and the flames traveled quickly, engulfing the other Skeletons in an explosion of fire, They were burned to cinders in moments.
"Well that was boring," I said, Is it just me or are the monsters in the dungeons way stronger than the Monsters in this singularity? Well whatever.
Mash's eyes brightened.
"Senpai, You can use magic?" Mash asked.
"Yes, I can use magic," I replied, "How'd you think I healed you right up after that wrecked machine fell on you?"
Mash averted her eyes, unable to respond.
"Then what's the need of me being your servant?" Mash asked, "You're more powerful than me,"
She was pouting and looking so damn cute while doing it.
"What are you talking about?" I asked and put my arm around her shoulder, "I might have Offensive and Healing magic but you, are special Mash. You have a shield,"
"So I'll be your Shield?" Mash asked, facing me with bright interested eyes.
"Yup," I said, "You'll be my shield and I'll be your Sword, Together we'll protect each other and defeat our opponents,"
"Thank you for giving me new meaning, Master," Mash said.
"No worries," I said and looked at the crispy ashes of the Skeletons, A gust of wind blew them into the air where they would surely spread around the city.
"Sorry to interrupt your… moment," My band suddenly 'said', no I am sure that I was hearing Olga's voice.
I tapped on it and a holographic screen showing Olga and Romani's face appeared in front of us.
"Yo," I said, "Where exactly are we?"
"This is Singularity F, Fuyuki city, 2004," Olga said and then looked at Mash.
"It may be hard to believe but I'm-"
"You're a demi-servant, right? I could tell just by looking at you," Olga said, "What I want to know is, why didn't it succeed until now?"
"I'm sure you know Chaldea prepared a servant beforehand in order to resolve the investigation of Singularity F," Mash said, "Right before the Rayshift, Right after Master saved me, He… offered me a contract, In exchange for giving me the abilities of a Heroic spirit and a Noble Phantasm, he wanted me to eliminate the cause of the Singularity,"
"So I merged with the Servant to become a Demi-servant," Mash finished.
"Then this comm- Fujimaru has become your master?" Olga asked.
"Yep and I got the Command spells to prove it," I said, flashing the red markings on my right hand.
"Yo Fujimaru, You good?" Romani asked.
"Yeah, I'm holding up well," I said, "We just need to get the Holy grail in this Singularity right? With my magic and Mash's shield, It'll be easy peasy,"
"I hope so," Olga said with a slight sigh, "Get back safely,"
Hold on, Is she showing compassion? This must be a dream.

The MC will get his hands on a Saint Quartz and summon a peculiar Servant.
