Capítulo 73: It Comes Out in the Light, Part 2

There was a strong, tense silence following the real Zero's words.

He was going to wait and try to get Kai alone, but he had to be sure that he actually found the right players - which of course got him sniffed out by his loyal lynx, Grimm. Now he had to hope that he sounded somewhat believable. 

Come on Kai! Zero thought. Surely there was SOMETHING that seemed off about me these past few days!

Kai's mind was in completely chaos. He looked from Zero, who appeared as Conner, to the impostor who looked like his partner. The impostor Zero looked back at him as they exchanged a glance that had a lot of questions behind it. 

"W-wait a second! You don't actually believe that guy right?? He's a Viper! Or did you forget that?" The impostor was getting more nervous as each second ticked by.
