"I had a dream and the goddess came to me," getting everyone to focus on him, Raven got everyone to settle down inside the hall and listen to him. Glancing around their faces to make sure they were paying attention, he took a deep breath and continued. "She told me about our first mission, it's supposed to be a few days' journey and possibly the easiest task that she wants to get us started on."

Though everyone heard what he'd just said, none of them could believe him so easily. After all, not even while being chosen had they met the goddess themselves, but somehow their companions met her not just once in death, but also in a dream? As if that could happen, and even if it did, why just him? They raced with such questions, wondering to themselves if somehow they lacked something that made them unworthy to stand in her presence.
