“Well don’t you look adorable?” Killian says, pulling me in for a hug. On a casual day, I’d push him away because we’re in public but for once, I actually need this hug. I’ve been craving it desperately for a while. It’s so nice to feel his skin pressed against mine.

I clutch my arms around his back, holding him tightly. “It’s been like forever.”

Killian holds me tighter to him. My head sinks in his chest, and it feels like I’m drowning into his body hut but I really don’t mind that at all. “Guess you ‘missed me so much’ after all.” Killian says, rephrasing my words. I told him something similar to this when he was leaving. I pull my head backwards a little, while keeping my jaw rested on his abs, giving him a sly look.

“Very sly. Very, very sly.” Killian chuckled at my words.

“Get in the car, let me take you someplace nice.”
