Capítulo 228: Chased by monsters

He released the bolt, sending it hurtling towards the nearest Thornback Howler. The beast let out a startled roar as the projectile found its mark, piercing through its hide.

A sudden surge of energy coursed through Sebastian's veins as he absorbed the monster's mana.

It felt like liquid fire, igniting every nerve and muscle in his body. For a moment, he reveled in the intoxicating rush, feeling more alive than ever before, but he quickly came back to his sense when he heard the monsters' growl.

"Great, let's farm a little, shall we?"

All hell broke loose in the clearing as the other Thornback Howlers freaked out, their eyes on fire with rage as they tried to figure out what took down their buddy. The problem was that Sebastian killed a female, and that made the males enraged beyond reason.
