As he ran, Sebastian's attention was drawn to the ruins up ahead.

What had been a faint smudge on the landscape was now taking on form and dimension.

Upward, jagged pieces of walls jutted out, while the remnants of spires extended their grasping fingers towards the sky.

In the crumbling façade, a yawning opening emerged—a mouth that promised shelter and respite. At least in theory.
