As the day of the tournament arrived, excitement filled the air. Everyone seemed to be buzzing with anticipation, including Zephara, the queen of the demons. We found ourselves in her chamber, where she was preparing her speech for the event. Despite her regal composure, I could sense a hint of nervousness in her demeanor.

"Are you feeling a bit jittery, Your Majesty?" I teased, unable to resist poking fun at her. "Worried you might stumble over your words in front of all those spectators?"

Zephara shot me a playful glare, though her smile betrayed her amusement. "Very funny, Leora," she retorted, her tone laced with mock annoyance. "But let's see how composed you are when all eyes are on you."

I chuckled, knowing she was right. Public speaking was never my strong suit, but I couldn't resist teasing her a bit more before the event.
