Lyra stared at the young man with a mixed and odd expression.

Feeling her gaze he scratched the back of his head and stiffened as his face burned bright red.

"A-ah i-i've said too much! So- I'm sorry for bothering you!" Then he quickly apologised, bowed, and swiftly ran off with his back turned against her.

"Ah, wait...!" Lyra attempted to call out to him for some reason as she watched his back rapidly disappear and vanish into the distance.

"Ah..." Her expression became more odd and exhausted as she withdrew her hand and sighed deeply.

"How exhausting."

She looked down at her feet and grumbled to herself before also turning to leave.

With the one who invited her out gone, there was no longer any reason for her to remain there any more.
