Now that their anger had subsided, concern for Hera took over. One by one, they gathered near the bathroom door, exchanging uneasy glances.
Leo stepped forward and knocked gently. "Wifey, are you alright in there?" His voice, usually confident, wavered with worry and a touch of uncertainty.
But there was no response from the other side of the door—only silence, which only deepened their growing concern.
They exchanged anxious glances, their lips pressed into thin lines, uncertainty weighing on the room.
Finally, Dave, his voice shaky but determined, broke the tension, ready to clear the misunderstanding.
"Just so you know, we hadn't even gotten that far. I didn't even touch anything below her stomach before you all barged in," Dave muttered, pouting slightly.
It might have been better if he'd stayed quiet, as everyone was already beginning to calm down and let things go.
