Dimitri approached the mini-train and extended his hand to touch it. But before he could, the top of the train burst open, and three clowns jumped, scaring him and causing him to fall to the floor on his buttocks.

His heart pounded rapidly, and his shoulders heaved up and down. He was suddenly breathing heavily as though he'd just seen a ghost, eyes dilated in horror and shock.

As he watched the clowns, who had begun dancing to sudden, loud, unpleasant, and ridiculous music playing in the hall, his body trembled, unable to comprehend the situation.

He was drenched in a cold sweat.

It turned out that days before the auction, Caesar had received every piece of information he needed on him, therefore finding out that his greatest fear was clowns. It was perfect—a good way to humiliate him.

Although he couldn't kill him yet, he'd be pleased to make his life amusing for his own entertainment.
