Harper's brain hit a pause.

She had read about this position in books before. Facesitting or queening or whatever people called it. The novelty of those scenes had always been intriguing to her, naturally, but … she hadn't ever tried to imagine doing it herself …

She looked down, a bit uncertain, and her eyes met the electrifying ocean blue staring back at her. Across a full view of her body from one of the smuttiest angles.

"Yes?" Eli ran his hand slowly along her thigh, and the soft tingles from his touch made her breath hitch. "Don't tell me you're suddenly turning shy on me, after watching me 'unravel and lose control for you' without batting an eye?"

Harper bit her lips. She wasn't feeling particularly shy today, not after they finally opened up all their secrets to each other and especially not after what she had already done to him earlier. But still … She contemplated, wondering how she should put this into words.
