Since they only needed to wait, Lucien closed his eyes for a while. He was really tired from the day's activities and hoped the DMA would come tomorrow instead.

He understood why the Mage Tower needed to come quickly. The animafolia's lifespan was just a day, and while selling them dead still fetched a high price, selling them alive was much more profitable.

However, normal crops could be sold over the course of a week or so.

Lucien sighed. 'Impossible. They will come today since they also need that animafolia.'

Suddenly, the door was flung open with force. A middle-aged man, draped in a white shirt with a dark blue suit slung over his shoulder, entered.

He was shorter than Lucien but more muscular, with gray-black hair and piercing gray eyes that scanned the room.

Behind him was Auden, trying to catch his breath, and two lackeys with arrogant expressions.
