"I am the chosen one." Rhett blurted out solemnly. 

I drew in a deep breath as I watched the reactions of everyone present. Alpha Beowulf and Luna Dawn gave each other silent glances before the former turned back to Rhett.

"You? Chosen by the moon goddess?" He repeated, his tone sounding skeptical. "But... But why didn't you tell us all this while?"

My eyes moved to the fairy Queen, and unlike everyone else, she seemed rather calm. She tilted her head, staring curiously at Rhett as he replied to the Alpha's question.

"Simple. Because she told me to reveal myself only after someone else, someone... Powerful, has revealed the prophecy of the chosen one." He paused, turning his gaze to the fairy Queen. 

All eyes subconsciously turned to her as well, as if waiting for her confirmation or for her to say something.
