Sure, he'd had the opportunity to bask in her presence a few times when meeting with the fey and human leaders, but that was outside the pack, within a localized space created with magic in the training camp.

He was low-key excited but not as excited as Aceco. She held her Queen with high regard. 

After kissing Isleen goodbye, he drove off to Alpha Beowulf's duplex. The duplex was heavily guarded and even more pack soldiers had been placed around and within it just for the occasion.
