Capítulo 138: Fathers and Babies

"What are you talking about, Liii?" Alexi asked.

He spoke with a hint of amusement in his voice, making lift my head.

I pulled away when I noticed a smirk on his lips. 

"That's not nice!" I shouted at him as I pushed him.

To mu surprise, he frowned and a look of panic crossed his face. 

"I'm not pranking you," he said as he held my wrists tightly. "I'm not lying, Lili. Janet is pregnant."

"Then why are you smiling, you shouldn't be happy about this, are you happy—" I gasped and covered my mouth as Alexi let go of me.

I backed away and I could feel as my tears began to fall.

"No, no, Lili, love, it isn't like that," Alexi pleaded.

For every step he took in my direction, I took a step back.

"You don't want me," I sobbed. "You're going to divorce me."

"Lili, no, I—"

"Well I won't let you," I said, putting my food down.

Alexi looked at me, wide eyed with shock.
