Capítulo 105: Practically Twins

When I returned to Lilith's office I knew something was off. 

The way the cousins froze and looked at me, I knew they were scheming.

I couldn't help but smile at the way they moved and reacted. It was as if nothing had changed. 

It felt like we were in University again and I was dating Lilith. The way they whispered and knew what the other was thinking before anything was said. 

In all honesty if you didn't tell me anything I would have thought they were twins.

They might not look the same, but they acted the same way, they were also bonded the way twins were.

In the days and months after Lilith left, I watched as Lex withdrew from the world. I saw him change. I witnessed him become the cold and aloof man he was in public.

He might be playful in private, but he was a different person where the public was concerned. 

Lexington was the playboy heir everyone expected, or at least that's how they saw him.
