The realization that Bruce also wielded the power of temporal manipulation struck him with disbelief. He had encountered many dragons in his battles, yet none possessed the combined mastery of spatial and temporal rules at the same time, a truly formidable foe. This encounter, Seth Galli reflected grimly, was his most unfortunate yet, as Bruce nearly touched the divine threshold with dual dominions.

Despite his dire situation, Seth Galli knew escape was still within reach. Although Bruce could manipulate space and time, his temporal acceleration was limited to a factor of five. Seth Galli, on the other hand, could accelerate time by a factor of eight within the physical realm. Understanding this, he calculated that even with Bruce's spatial shortcuts, he could not match the speed at which Seth Galli could flee if only he weren't so grievously wounded.
