The story is well paced but sometimes gets a bit repetitive. However despite some repetitiveness, the story is is quite enjoyable and shows promise in the upcoming chapter. Hope the auther keeps the consistency
Currently of writing of this review, I've personally read up to chapter 80 and all I got to say is that its decent. It's good however in the later chapters around 50+ you'll feel like its pretty bland and repentant. It's also kind of slow but it is a MTL so beware, this one is slow paced. It is good light reading if you're just looking for something to past the time, then I would recommend this one to read. The translation isn't too bad a few minor mistakes but overall, still good.

I just wanted to update my review, and say that this translator, is better than the other one, and they erase a lot of the repetition that the author in the original uses. This is truly a exemplary example of how to translate into English. Also the chapters are easy to read, much more clean.
In my opinion this is one of the best Naruto fanfics. The MC is a teacher at the ninja academy and gets stronger through the system through effective teaching as well as by accepting disciples and teaching them. The MC does not get overpowered quickly but slowly develops. Importance is given to the side characters and their thoughts and developments is nicely shown. Even though MC seems like he teaches for system rewards but he does genuinely care for his students going out of his by teaching according to the students levels and also keeping their psychology in mind. MC is truly a great teacher and so far I have not seen any signs of romance. For these reasons i truly recommend this novel for those who want a story with proper character development with a smart MC who is strong and kind.

Okay, so writing quality is decent and outstanding if one considered this is a translation, CHapter schedule is 1 ch per day which is decent, Story Developement seems a bit slow pace, but overall nice, characters are portrayed close to original, world building is a bit sub par, but other aspects of this novel cover that, overall it barely qualifies as 5 star for me and I honestly enjoyed this fic, waiting for more

I think I've read this somewhere before but the translator stopped uploading for a long while
the translation quality is so good it makes you forget the original is a Chinese novel however the novel has some issues SLICE OF LIFE tag should be here i read 75 and it's just, slice of life not a bit of action and i don't think there would be any major focus on action either. the story development is EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW.
