Adrian found this outcome surprising but not unacceptable. He promptly contacted Tommy, assigning the leader of the Razor Party to oversee the resettlement of Ohara's civilians
Before departing, Adrian handed Tommy a freshly written letter.
"Tommy, allow these people to go wherever they wish, as long as their reasons are reasonable. Also, remember not to inquire about their identities—this is both a reminder and a warning. Lastly, during the journey to the North Blue, keep your identities concealed and do not reveal anything."
Tommy replied succinctly, "Understood, sir."

"What brings you here?"
"Of course, to submit… ahem, to inform you about Wano Country," Adrian said, coughing lightly, subtly changing the subject.
"Momoya, you've been to Wano Country?" Koushirou looked at Adrian in surprise and quickly invited him into the reception room. "How is the situation in Wano Country?"
Adrian and Koushirou sat opposite each other while Koushirou's wife, who looked at his face a couple of times before leaving.
"Frankly, the current situation in Wano Country is not very good."
Adrian shared the information he had gathered from the Shimotsuki family and his own observations in Wano Country.
"In other words, Wano Country might be on the brink of a major upheaval?"
"If that foolish ruler doesn't change his ways," Adrian shrugged, "I believe Wano Country will inevitably fall into the hands of Kurozumi Orochi and Kaido of the Beasts."
Koushirou fell into a long silence.

"But could you, Momoya, rescue the Shimotsuki family members from Wano Country before the upheaval?"
