Two days passed since the incident. 

In the final two days, I found myself confined to the medical ward, subjected to an array of pills and various medical ointments.

The injuries were a lot more severe than anticipated but thankfully with the magical properties of this world, even such injuries healed up rather quickly. 

'I guess today is my last day here.' 

Blankly staring at the white ceiling above me, I sighed in relief. 

This place was starting to feel quite stuffy. 

I couldn't wait to get out of this place. 

Plus, I really just wanted to go back to normal classes. Anything but here. I had already been bedridden for too long.

As the door to the ward creaked open, a haggard-looking Leon stepped inside, visible black circles appearing beneath his eyes. 

"What the..." 

His appearance threw me off. 

"Did you miss me that much?" 

"No."
