"The Sovereign's words ring true," Zhou Dafu responded, slightly taken aback.
"What's his name?" Su Tiange inquired.
"Tang Wei."
"Spread the word from my throne: assemble the strongest men and make ready to journey with me to the Eastern Region," Su Tiange declared, rising slowly.
"Tang Wei? Why not Tang San? It'd be more satisfying to mock him like that," Su Tiange mused, feeling a hint of regret, but the matter wasn't of great consequence.
"Yes, I will comply, my lord," Zhou Dafu bowed before stepping back.
"Without villain points, trouble finds its way right to your doorstep," Su Tiange remarked, shifting his stance before heading toward the backyard.
"Heavenly Demon Palace, in the backyard."
The backyard, broader than Su Tiange's previous-life manors, was adorned with extinct or rare immortal plant spirit roots. The rich life essence permeated the area, explaining why Taoxian had chosen this place to mend his injuries.
At the backyard's heart, the tree trunks' fissures had notably diminished, while peach trees exuded a faint vitality, swaying gently in the breeze. As Su Tiange approached, the peach tree seemed to stir, as if aware of his presence.

While speaking, Taoxian retrieved and stored the treasures Su Tiange had brought out.
"Well, I owe you more than a few favors already. Too many lice don't cause much itch, and too many debts don't bother me," Taoxian remarked nonchalantly.
