Capítulo 26: Mr Grumpy

Melvin and Kimberly quickly rehearsed what to say since they didn't want to exceed the five minutes he had asked for and once they were done, Melvin raised his phone to dial Mr. Rogers' line but Kimberly stopped him before he could do it.

"Wait!"

"What is it this time?" he asked impatiently, and Kimberly swallowed.

"I hope you won't hold it against me if the call does not go as planned?" She asked and Melvin nodded.

"I'm here. It will be fine. Can I call him now?" he asked and once she nodded, he went on to dial the line and placed the call on speaker so he could follow the conversation.

Almost immediately, the call connected. "Hello, Mr. Rogers. I'm sorry for the delay. I was in the middle of a meeting when your call came in earlier," Kimberly said with a calm voice and Melvin gave her a thumbs up.
