The Slyth struggled inside the barrier, trying to break free.

The barrier trapping it had risen high in the sky, releasing blue light. One could see it from miles away. 

This also served as a signal to Arach. The first phase of the plan was successful.

"Great!" Alden exclaimed. He immediately turned towards the direction of the nest of the Slyths.

The swords appeared in his hands.

Swoosh!

He dashed towards the nest. 

In the distance, as the night slowly started lighting, he could see a large tree with a tree trunk several times thicker than the other trees.

The tree trunk had a hole. This was the nest of the Slyths.

Swoosh!

Swoosh!

As Alden approached, two figures the size of a cat jumped out of the trunk. They were fast. All Alden could see was their blurry image. But it was enough. 

Alden didn't spare his spiritual energy and infused it in his legs.
