Alex found himself in a hospital room, but instead of observing his surroundings, he moved his hand up to his face, covering his eyelids.

""You're awake," Alex heard a voice with a tone that was familiar to him. Curious to see who might be the owner, he confronted the figure. She was sitting beside him on a chair.

There was a familiar face with red hair and crimson eyes wearing a nurse uniform. It was none other than Anna, the nurse, the very first girl he had witnessed after transmigrating into this cursed world.

Her presence was a little shock for him. Why would she be here of all the people? He focused around, trying to distract himself.
