"Sure." Jaden responded as he stopped, before turning around to face Samuel.

"About your decision to make the shuffle tomorrow. Can you try to minimize it to the lowest level? Something like starting with the low level management, before reaching the top management?" Samuel asked cautiously.

"Why is that? Could it be that you are afraid of what might happen if I decide to do the company wide shuffle?" Jaden asked, even though he already understood what Samuel was concerned about.

"That's right. I myself would have done that, but I don't really have the capability of doing it. It is not that easy to be able to get the people for those positions, that are the way that you want them to be. I have to tolerate some of them, because I have no choice.
