Approaching the sleek reception desk, the vendor offers a warm smile to the receptionist. "Good afternoon! My name is David, I'm here to deliver some fabric samples for Marilena in the design department. Could you please let her know I'm here?"

The receptionist, ever efficient, glances at the delivery log and nods in acknowledgment. "Of course. Marilena is on the fifth floor, in the design department. I'll notify her that you've arrived. Feel free to have a seat in the waiting area."
