Capítulo 13: A Degrading Problem
In the weeks that followed, The Iron Country had made a name for themselves by trading Iron with the other nobles and the main city in the kingdom. However, small problems had begun to arise in the Southern District. Juno began to notice her equipment was degrading. Everything that was more modern from their world was degrading at an incredible pace. The more vintage equipment hadn't shown any signs of degrading. Juno left her workshop and checked on the modern ships that had been docked. It was just as her lab, the Japanese ships were severely degraded and risked falling apart entirely. Juno stepped back as confusion gripped her mind. How could these machine be fine one day, then be at risk of breaking the very next.
While Juno wrestled with the pressing of modern degression, the Ghost and Knight Haede had been sparing in the training hall.
Despite the Knight's better training, Haede couldn't get the Ghost to call it quits. The Ghost was holding his own without invoking his rage. Haede pinned the Ghost with his sword, but he hadn't accounted for the Ghost's rage. Once released, the Ghost seemed to gain immense strength.
Haede was throw back, the Ghost's strength had impressed him. So it is true! You do possess hidden strength.
Of course, I can't let my armor and voice do all the heavy lifting.
As Haede and the Ghost continued to spar, when the Prince arrive.
