First, I got out of the carriage, and then I helped Aurora get out. I continued to hold her hand as we walked to the entrance of the castle. I tossed Orbs of Movement in different concealed locations just in case. People from all over the world were arriving around the same time as us. I saw dresses and suits that matched different cultural backgrounds.

"Lord Smaurs, if you wish to rule the world, it would be best if you begin to form a backing. Most people here have their own reasons for wanting to betray or switch rulers to serve. That also runs the risk of them betraying you, but for now, it's best to form connections," Aurora said in a hushed voice.

"By the way you make this sound, that means that there is a dark side to this gala. What aren't you telling me Aurora?" I looked at her.
