Capítulo 116: A city of bones

Nathanael's pov:

The very recognizable whiff of soft, rotten tissue reaches me. Oh! How I have not missed this odor since the last time my senses caught it.

One foot in front of the other, the cracking sound beneath me after each step does not stop me, for I know this place well enough to understand how to react. 

Many of us, wolf shifters who'd had the privilege of traveling the maze of bones in our sleep, realize where its true meaning lies. I am being summoned by a witch, but who could it be? And for what purpose?

The landing place of my gaze does not matter around here since there's nothing but mountains next to more mountains of bones. 

Bones, human and not, of odd shapes and different sizes. The pieces also differ in hue, their colors ranging from pure white to fleshy pink, as well as other shades I do not necessarily care to distinguish, doing so will certainly not reveal the reason for my presence here.
