Capítulo 397: The Morning

Xiao Xiao woke up in the morning but did not see her mother by her side. The little girl rubbed the corner of her eyes and frowned.

She still remembered that her mother was hugging her to sleep.

"Xiao Xiao? You're awake?" 

The voice made the little girl turn around. Tang Xiao sat properly on the bed and looked at her grandmother. "Grandma... Where's Mommy?"

"Your Mommy is in the next room," Mother Tang said. "The makeup artist came earlier to help. Xiao Xiao, do you remember what day it is?"

Tang Shi Yi was supposed to get ready in her room. However, seeing that her daughter was sleeping soundly, Tang Shi Yi decided to move to another room. She did not want to disturb her daughter's sleep with the noise they were going to make.

The little girl took her time to think as she had only woke up a while ago. The light in her eyes lit up as Xiao Xiao finally remembered that it was a special day.
