Capítulo 81: Fitting

As the soft morning light filtered through the curtains, painting gentle patterns on the walls of her room, Aaliyah stirred from her slumber. Three months had passed since the tumultuous events at Fallmore School, and while the physical wounds had healed, the memories lingered like shadows in the corners of her mind.

The case against the principal and Fallmore School had been closed after an investigation that didn't find much but did prove that Fallmore School had cheated during the sword tournament and had been banned from taking part in a tournament for at least 3 years.

I had pretended to recover and had been banned by a nurse from attending classes for 3 months, but it wasn't as bad as all that for me. Tomorrow was going to be the ceremony where the future queen would be chosen between Lydia and Zara and it was going to be really interesting because it was impossible to know who was going to win.
