Capítulo 7: Just a Random Stranger
Xavian could see his life flash before his eyes, fond memories with his adoptive siblings, and not so fond memories like the events of 'last time'.
Soon, all those were drowned by the pleasurable, tingling feeling of blood flowing out of his neck.
He began to feel drowsy and lightheaded due to blood loss and was almost certain of his death, when a tall man dressed in all black seemed to appear from the shadows.
"Unhand him, Filthy Vampire!"
Breanne raised her eyes, not even dislodging her fangs from Xavian's neck.
"Oh, I see. You're one of those stupid Vampire Hunters. Come to take my head, huh?"
Her voice was muffled as she was still sucking Xavian dry.
With lightening speed, Breanne threw a powerful punch with her free hand that threatened to tear off an ordinary person's head, but the mysterious man simply smacked away her fist like it was a child's hand.
He threw one of his own which knocked Breanne off of Xavian and on to the floor.
Glancing at the dizzy blonde haired boy, he frowned.
"Take this and run, kid!"
He handed Xavian a silver briefcase, which Xavian had already grabbed and staggered halfway out of the alley.
Then looking down at Breanne, the stranger smiled.
"If you think you can hurt a kid and get away with it, you're wrong".
Breanne was consumed by fear, so much that she became indescribably angry.
"Why?!, It's not like its the first time I've drained a kid!, I've been doing this for years, Why intervene now?!!"
The stranger's eyes glowed yellow in the dark alley as his smile fell into a malicious smirk.
"Because he's my friggin son."
