(Location: In a tent at the front gate of Hellsing Manor, Time: One week and three days after Eve was high as hell)

It had been over a week since Eve had suddenly passed out after her drug fuelled killing spree, and many were worried about her condition, especially those she considered family. In most cases, Integra would have tried to call a doctor to get a diagnosis on her situation.
But, this was stopped by Himiko, who knew that Eve would kill any doctor that got near her, even if it was through her Bee's protecting her. So, all they could really do to help Eve heal, in case she needed it, was feed her blood and placed generators and batteries around her body outside Hellsing Manor.
They would have moved her back into the manor, but it seemed that she had a death grip on Carmine: Rapture, which weighed a total of 5 tons (10,000 lbs/4,535.9 kg), even in its revolver form.
You may be asking, how she could even swing it around like it weighed nothing then? Well, the answer is simple, she uses Blood Manipulation on her blood that was fused into the weapon, this way she could even ignore inertia to move it in what would that to be impossible ways. If she didn't do this she would literally tear her muscles apart by just lifting it.
Anyways, since they couldn't move her body, they decided to set up a tent around her after they cleaned up the corpses that she made, but not without Himiko taking the heads for their skulls. She did this because Eve is actually getting close to creating an actual skull throne out of the skulls of those she's faced so far.
Everyone was wondering when she would wake up, or why exactly two Vampires and a bunch of Ghouls even tried to attack Hellsing Manor in the first place. Luckily, their questions would be answered as today was the day that Eve would finally wake up from her drug induced slumber.
"Mmmm.... fuck... what happened....?" The young demigod grumbled as she first opened her eyes, seeing the unfamiliar sight of the inside of a tent.
[Boss, I recommend you don't speak too loudly, or you'll wake up the girls]
It was at Monokuma's words that she finally looked around and saw that on each of her sides laid Himiko and Seras, while on her chest there was Mei using her boobs as a pillow, all of them were sound asleep.
'Monokuma, what happened after I passed out, and why did I pass out in the first place?' It was confusing to Eve why she was currently in this situation, and what happened that did cause her to pass out, other than the large amounts of acid.
[Well, it has been over a week since you fell unconscious for starters, as to why you are in a tent with these three sleeping on you, is because they were unable to move your body due to Rapture's weight]
It did shock her that she had been asleep for over an entire week, though it was to be expected that something like this would happen after taking literal barrels of acid. As to the information about Rapture, that was extremely expected, since she was the one who made Carmine in the first place.
[I should also mention that the third episode has already passed, which was altered by you keeping any members of Hellsing from being killed, so Pip Bernadotte was not called on for his group to fill out the numbers lost. Oh and the Bee's you spread throughout the world have successfully gone to all the important areas and have started to integrate into this worlds society]
'Good, didn't want to deal with him anyways.' Eve did already consider Seras as hers, so it makes sense that she wouldn't want the blonde Draculina to meet the French man. The part about my Bee's was a welcome surprise though, soon even without me physically being here I'll have control over this world without anyone knowing it.
[Now, onto the reason for your sudden 'nap'. Obviously, you passed out because of the LSD, Boss, what else did you expect?] Monokuma said sarcastically to his host.
'No shit Sherlock, what I want to know is why I was passed out for so long. With all my regenerative shit, I should have woken up in a day or two at most.' It was after the first barrel of LSD that Eve realized that her healing rate was much faster than just sixty times the average speed, so it was important she knew what did cause her to be unconscious for so long.
[Ah! That! Well, to put it simply, you became a Pokémon/Digimon.]

'Monokuma... care to elaborate?.... Because I think I heard you wrong.' If Himiko heard something like this, Eve wouldn't hear the end of it for months.
[Alright, so, you know how both a Pokémon and Digimon can evolve under certain conditions to make themselves more powerful?]
'Yes, I am fully aware of that.' It was kind of hard to forget that information, especially when Himiko was practically obsessed with Pokémon for a while.
[Yeah, you are basically close to evolving, because of how much pressure you put on your body and some of your abilities on the day you passed out]
'The fuck? I know I may have overdone it with taking the LSD while killing those guys, but it shouldn't have been that bad on my body, right?' Eve thought that her healing abilities should have been actively getting rid of the acid in her system, and she didn't remember getting hurt that badly, so they should have been mostly focused on the drug.
[Wrong, first off, do you not realize that you didn't even feel the bullets that tore through you? Or that you were barely using Blood Manipulation at all after you turned Carmine into the Rapture form?]
'Oh, shit!...' She didn't know at the time that she didn't feel any pain at all when she was literally shot in the head, or that she was barely even using the quirk that lets her even wield Carmine in the first place.
[Oh shit, is right! Because of how your body was reacting to the LSD you didn't feel any pain at all! Which means you didn't feel as your muscles were actively being torn apart under your skin, or that your bones were cracking with each swing of Rapture!]
Even if it couldn't be seen from the outside, or she was unable to feel it, this didn't change the fact that she was actively destroying her body in that fight. So, her regeneration was more focused on healing her physical injuries rather than getting rid of the LSD.
[You did so much damage to yourself that your body decided you're too big of threat to yourself and needed to be knocked out! Hell, if it weren't for the others feeding you blood and giving you enough electricity you would have been asleep for much longer!]
Now it all made sense how she could even be close to somehow evolving, she essentially destroyed her insides so much that her body had to knock her out to remake everything stronger. She really needed to be more careful, she isn't the strongest by a long shot, so putting herself in that situation again could possibly mean her death.
'Okay, getting away from my own stupidity, how close am I to evolving anyways and what will happen, other than me getting stronger, when it does happen?' It felt kind of weird for Eve to talk about her evolving like a Pokémon out of nowhere.
[You just need to take some more damage that's comparable to what you did to yourself, to evolve. Also, I don't fully understand what will happen when you evolve, other than you becoming an even bigger threat to reality]
'Yeah, that sounds about right.' She already accepted that for a lot of worlds she was already a threat to the entirety of those worlds. Heaven and hell forbid she ever went to a world that was a slice of life anime, she would probably start torturing or converting people to her 'cult' in the first hour.
Before Eve and Monokuma could continue talking about her future evolution, or about any plans that she was working on, the sound of a small yawn and the stirring of one of her girls grabbed Eve's attention.
"Well good morning to you, Himiko, or afternoon, I don't really know what time it is right now." Eve said as she looked into the sleepy honey-like eyes of her first girlfriend.
"Eevee...? EEVEE!!" The little psycho practically yelled as she wrapped her arms around the neck of her Wendigo girlfriend and pulled her close to her modest chest.
"Oh wow, motorboat in the morning, neat." Eve said as her face was now directly in between her girlfriend's breast, and she couldn't really think of anything else to say.
"You are never taking LSD again, you hear me!" Himiko had been worried for days about the health of her love, and made sure not to leave her side for too long, as she didn't want Eve to be left defenseless while unconscious.
"Calm down, mi amor, I swear on chaos itself that I will never take acid again." Eve did kind of find a worried Himiko to be a cute sight, but she didn't like that she was the cause of her worry.
"You better keep your promise." Himiko pouted while still holding Eve's head close to her, she didn't want to let her go.
"I know you're angry and all that, but your pouty face is really cute." It was hard for Eve to take her girlfriend seriously when she looked so cute.
"Shut up, I'm hungry." The Vampire like girl said before biting into the neck of her girlfriends, drinking her blood just like she had many times before. Though the smell of freshly spilled blood quickly woke up Seras, whose movements woke up Mei as well.
"Morning girls." Eve said as she caressed the head of her blonde girlfriend who was greedily partaking of her blood.
"Master/Eve, you're awake!" Both of the girls said, surprised to see their loved one finally awake after the more than a week-long sleep.
"Here, you two must be hungry." She said while bringing a few breakfast burritos out for Mei, while cutting open her wrist and offering it to Seras. "Consider this my apology for worrying you all so much."
The two almost immediately started eating their respective meals, as both had been longing to taste Eve's food/blood since she passed out. Though, it would take more than feeding them to fully apologize for worrying them.
'Monokuma, have any of my Bee's found my target in this world?' Eve was referring to the person who she needed to kill from the, not so, hidden objective.
[Yes, and you will end up meeting them today if you choose to go to that meeting with the Queen]
'Oh, I am so going to that meeting, mainly because I want to kill Schrödinger.' She wanted to see if that True Death ability will actually allow her to kill those that are considered immortal, and maybe get the cat femboy's omnipresence ability while she's at it.
[Well, Integra and Alucard are about to go to the meeting, so you better get up, Boss]
"OH FUCK!!" With that Eve used Fast Travel to take her and the girls to Alucard and Integra before the two could get into the helicopter that would be heading the meeting location.
Though, because she was laying down and had the girls on top of her, she ended up just appearing in front of the two laying on the ground with Mei eating some burritos while sitting on her lap, and the two blonde's drinking her blood.
"Red, while I am glad to see you are awake and well, what the absolute fuck is with your position?" Integra although glad that her strongest 'ally' was well, she still could already feel a headache coming on in just the first couple of seconds of seeing her again.
"Would you prefer to know that info, or would you like me to cause chaos that will actually benefit you today?" Sure Eve could've just said something like, 'This is the harem life.', but this will be the only heads up Integra gets about the chaos she'll inevitably cause.
"I'll take the beneficial chaos, just please don't disrespect the Queen." Integra said as she got into the helicopter.
"I'm literally a king and demigod, so I'll respect her as long as she respects me." It's not like Eve would go out of her way to disrespect a woman that was once Alucard's lover, but she wouldn't just take insults from a woman that she could kill with a snap of her fingers.
"Let's just get out of here, I already have the feeling that today will give me the mother of all headaches." With those words from Integra, the girls got off of Eve and they all got into the chopper, heading towards the meeting that would end with bloodshed and the death of multiple people, no matter what Integra wanted.
