Lev didn't know what Keagan wanted to her hands to show her, but he just gently reached out to hold one of them. She looked up at him, and he smiled at her. "Is there anything we can do to help you with that certainty? After all, we're all going to be family soon."

"Family?" Keagan murmured, recalling that this man was the prince in the eyes of the vampires. Since she was the princess, then… was there a chance for them to get married in the future? But this man was Wren's ex-husband. She didn't even divorce Lev because their marriage was not working.

"Don't worry. I don't think I can do what I like anymore." Keagan quickly used her other hand to remove Lev's hand from hers. She then brought his hand down and offered a smile. "Elijah is already a monster. He's as good as gone to me now. Uhm, I haven't slept for a while before leaving earlier. Can I continue my sleep? I'm really tired!"
